[vtkusers] Why doesn't VTK6.2.0 contain vtkPolyLineWidget.h

vtkPolyLineWidgetTest1(https://github.com/Kitware/VTK/blob/master/Interaction/Widgets/Testing/Cxx/vtkPolyLineWidgetTest1.cxx) include header file vtkPolyLineWidget.h, but I can't find this header file in VTK-6.2.0, Why ?
