[vtkusers] Volume Rendering Update

Hi All,

Just wanted to let you know that we merged another branch earlier this
morning and that should improve volume rendering shading performance by
upto 300% (results may vary depending on the OS, datatype, and what
features are used and enabled).

If you run into slowness or any other bottleneck, please feel free to
contact us.
