[vtkusers] Point in Polygon does not return correct value as expected

Hi,

I just got it working! The issue was that I was inserting a point twice (at
the beginning and ending) in polygonFiltered->GetPoints() list. So, I think
the polygon was not well defined for PointInPolygon calculation.
