[vtkusers] vtkGPUVolumeRaycastMapper in the webserver

VTK-Web and ParaViewWeb support both image delivery and geometry (WebGL).

Unfortunately most of the documentation is on ParaViewWeb but should apply
to VTK as well (~mostly ;-).
