[vtkusers] Can't get vtk modules to work in python - visual studio

@Shawn Thank you very much for the info. I figured it out now :) The keywords
in your suggestion helped a lot. I looked around around more based on what
you said and this

links helped a lot. I did a little trial and error and it works now. I
didn't have PYTHONPATH in my environment variables and I had to add it
manually.
