[vtkusers] Issue when setting number of ticks on a vtkAxis

Hi Joao,

You are right, the number of ticks setting is ignored when you use
SetCustomTickPositions(). All the positions and labels you provide will be
displayed. You would have to specify the two you want and pass the via
SetCustomTickPositions() to get just two.
