[vtkusers] How to make vtkLogoWidget undraggable

Hi,

I guess that it is because I am still a beginner with VTK developpment and I
found the vtkLogoWidget example on the wiki which was quite close from what
I wanted to do.

However if there is something more appropriate, I would be happy to make the
switch.

I also tried to use only a vtkLogoRepresentation but did not manage to make
it work. Is this what you had in mind?
