[vtkusers] unresolved external symbols "vtkMesaVolumeTextureMapper2D"

Hi,


When I test a sample of vtkVolumeTextureMapper2D, the project is OK. But when it replaced by its subclass vtkMesaVolumeTextureMapper2D. It makes a build error: unresolved external symbols "vtkMesaVolumeTextureMapper2D". 


Where is the problem? Dose it in cmake file or the VTK library setting?


My VTK version is 5.10.1.
