[vtkusers] CMake Error -- version doesn't match

Hi Lonni,

VTK_DIR value is "VTK_DIR-NOTFOUND". After knowing it, I changed my
CMakeLists.txt file setting that variable to:

/set(VTK_DIR C:/dev/debug/lib/cmake/vtk-6.3)/

But I got the same error message. And yes /VTKConfig.cmake/ is included in
this directory.
