[vtkusers] [vtk-developers] VTK-py3k is ready for testing

If people are interested, I could maintain a branch for this
(vtk-6.3+py3k), but the new wrapping is still too green to merge into the
official release.  As far as I know, it has only been dashboard-tested, no
one has tried it out in a real application yet.
