[vtkusers] converting coordinate system

Hi dears,
I have some itk image filter for translating from image coordinate system
to world coordinate system
Means I want to convert Dicom image position and another tag information
such as pixel spacing orientation to world coordinate for Itk coordinate
these are difference in position
How can do this convert
