[vtkusers] Build ActiViz 6.2

Hi,

Has anyone been successful in building ActiViz 6.2? I can't find specific
instructions in how to do it.

I have VS2013 and the version of ActiViz I have is 5.8. The new version is
paid so I would like to try building it on my own rather than paying.
