[vtkusers] VTK Wiki Examples migrating to gitlab

Berk,

I have decided to use github. That is where the itk wiki examples
reside. Also, I don't need all of the extra stuff that gitlab
provides.

Most commits to the examples' repo's are automated through scripting.
