[vtkusers] Error by using of dicom images on 32bit windows

The mentioned problem does not occur with vtk 6.1. In addition, no GDCM was
used.
It was possible to load DICOM data sets with more than 560 images.

Why does not work with the combination of vtk 6.2 and GDCM (and vtkdicom)?
