[vtkusers] GlobalWarningDisplayOn and Error handling

Hi All,
I'm using vtk 5.6. I have been set "vtk.vtkObject.GlobalWarningDisplayOn();"
The window form open while this settig but Is it possible getting(catch)
messages on warning window form?

For example I have been taken "vtkMath::Jacobi: Error extracting
eigenfunctions" message on window.
