[vtkusers] combine vtk

My Python environment isn't set up properly. I've tried:

cd /my/VTK/build/directory
ccmake /path/to/VTK

then i turned on VTK_WRAPPER_PYTHON, and configured and generated. After I
do make, I still don't see the wrapper files in my build folder. Any idea on
what's going on?

On another note, when I open paraview, all the filters are grayed out. not
sure what's going on there either.
