[vtkusers] vtkResliceImage and appending slices

Hi David,

Thanks for quick reply.
Actually output slices are same dimensions. I just figure it out. I do not
change the extent. It is default, as extent of input data, just permuted
through re-slice axes. So all slices are with same dimensions.

But how to join them in one 3d image using vtkImageReslice ?
