[vtkusers] QVTKApplication over QApplication

Dear all,

I'm very new to VTK, what issues QVTKApplication can deal that QApplication
cannot? What is the practical consequence of adopting one over the other?

In the case that QVTKApplication is preferred, what exactly needs to be
changed in a working code?
