[vtkusers] Structured_points & Binary VTK File Format

Dear All,

I am reading pixel values from grayscale dicom images in double format and
i want to write a vtk file in STRUCTURED-POINTS and BINARY format. Would
you please let me know to what format I should cast my double values and
how should i arrange them in my BINARY vtk file.
