[vtkusers] vtkCaptionActor2D always top on 3D object

Hi Everyone,

I have problem with vtkCaptionActor2D. How can I handle when a 
vtkCaptionActor2D behind the a 3D object, the object wont be behind of 
vtkCaptionActor2D.
