[vtkusers] VTK_USE_RENDERING required in CMake during example configuration, but no such option was available when configuring VTK

No, I only took ITK and VTK into use a few days ago. I did have to build VTK a couple of times to get it right, but I deleted the bin-tree before I started building again.
