[vtkusers] Missing "vtkInteractionImageModule.h"

Hello,

The "vtkImageViewer.h" or "vtkImageViewer.h" classes include "#include "vtkInteractionImageModule.h"". I can't find this class anywhere in the source code for VTK-6.1.0 or VTK6.0.0. Should I be looking elsewhere?
