[vtkusers] Visualization problem with normalized images

I would try to add a vtkImageProperty 
<http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkImageProperty.html> to your 
vtkImageActor, and then once your image is normalised, set the 
colorLevel to 0.5 and the colorWindow to 1.0 on the property.
