[vtkusers] Problem with dynamic colormap

I think I do not have to use the class "vtkElevationFilter". I calculate the
scalar by myself instead of using the  class vtkElevationFilter to generate
automatically. Also, the button event is not the center of the problem, I am
currently do not care about it. You might misunderstand me. I do not know
anybody else could answer my question: why the dynamic colormap does not
work.
