Thanks for your help. I was indeed searching incorrectly, which I realized
after searching for the same dll on a machine with older vtk and the
problem was with detecting folder with .dll during program start.
Interestingly, vtk 5.8 had not required any additional actions for dll
detection, but nevertheless I should have understood that sooner.
