[vtkusers] vtkimagereslicemapper to get exact slice

Hi,

I removed SetSlabThickness from code. But, just using JumpToNearestSliceOn()
does not solve the problem of displaying ROI on two slices. So I used
SetInterpolationTypeToNearest method of vtkImageProperty instead of
SetInterpolationTypeToLinear. But using SetInterpolationTypeToNearest
reduces the quality of image dramatically. Is there a way to improve the
quality?
