[vtkusers] How to make vtkImageViewer2 to show an actor only in a certain depth

Sam,

I have looked into this and it seems the only way at present is to use some
form of clipper on your data to produce a result that is in the current
viewing plane.  I have not quite got it to work myself and have put it on
hold for the present but I'm sure this is the correct approach.
