[vtkusers] Trying to define a closed Object

I'm currently using slicer, which is using an older version of vtk. vtk 5.10
.
http://www.vtk.org/doc/release/5.10/html/classes.html. I dont think I have
access to the triangular unfortunately. Is there any other object that might
help ?

To the user that suggested the stripper, Yes compressed all the lines down
into a single cell , but have left the ends unconnected. 

Is there any surface or grid I might be able to create?
