[vtkusers] vtkTiffWriter does not write 3d volume

This sounds great, I was away from the office and offline quite a bit. I
would be happy to help where I can, and would love to bring the TIFF writer
to better parity. As David Gobbi said - we already use libtiiff for
reading/writing to the file.
