[vtkusers] Issues with using vtkSmartVolumeMapper.

Hi Bill, 

Thanks for the quick reply. I actually had tried that, with no success.
Infact it throws a linker error.

(error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "void __cdecl
vtkRenderingVolumeOpenGL_AutoInit_Construct(void)"
(?vtkRenderingVolumeOpenGL_AutoInit_Construct@@YAXXZ) referenced in function
"public: __thiscall
vtkRenderingVolumeOpenGL_ModuleInit::vtkRenderingVolumeOpenGL_ModuleInit(void)"
(??0vtkRenderingVolumeOpenGL_ModuleInit@@QAE at XZ))

Just to be clearer (I should have mentioned earlier, if its not obvious
already), I am working in VS2012.
