[vtkusers] Adding light for specific actor

Hey Nil

Search for adding material which will be a xml file containing paths to
shaders and declarations of variables.

This method was removed in 6.2 I think, so search forum for solution of
this. Will send you my email in private message, add me on hangouts if
further help is required.
