[vtkusers] Initializing vtkHyperTreeGridSuperCursor

Hi all,

Given a cell at any level and location in a vtkHyperTreeGrid what is the
best way to initialize a vtkHyperTreeGridSuperCursor with it as its center
vtkHyperTreeSimpleCursor?
