Hi,

Unfortunately there may be not the form for cylindrical coordinate
system in vtk file format. But you can load your cylindrical data as
vtkRectilinearDataSet or vtkStructuredGrid data set and then transform them
to Cartecian coordinate system using vtkCylindricalTransform.
