[vtkusers] VTK_USE_MATLAB_MEX VTK6

Does anyone have the files Thomas used in his examples in [1]?  In those
examples, he shows two renders from VTK, but the code he has posted doesn't
include any render windows.  I made my own renderwindows, etc to display the
data that's passed to the vtkmatlabadapter, the data is displayed correctly,
but when I close the window it also exits matlab (cleanly).  I was hopping
he had some code he used to prevent this...
