[vtkusers] VTK 6.2 with BGL -> "VTK_USE_BOOST" issue.

I have wrote a simulator using BGL.

Now, I wish to write it to VTK-PGBL mode.


Using VTK 6.2, I have difficulty to turn on "VTK_USE_BOOST".

How should I proceed this?
