[vtkusers] Mousewheel and multiple viewports

Hi all,

                Something strange is happening.  I have two viewports setup (Left and right side).  Each viewport has its camera, light and vtkrenderer.  There is only one interactor for the entire window.  When I try to zoom in using the mouse, the right side view port zooms in.  The mouse drag works correctly for each viewport.  It's just the zoom that works on second viewport, not the first one.
