[vtkusers] Strange White Windows

Hello,

I am porting an osx app to vtk 6.2.  When I open my cocoa render window, I see many
additional small white windows overlayed on top of each other, with titles:
Visualization Toolkit - Cocoa #1
Visualization Toolkit - Cocoa #2
Visualization Toolkit - Cocoa #3
Etc.

I didn't see these with vtk 5.x.
