[vtkusers] Maximum Resolution for vtkRenderer and itkImage

Dear members,
I have a composite DRR raycast volume renderer that I import to ITK by 
vtkWindowtoImageFilter.    After I import the render window view to ITK 
image, the maximum resolution the image can have is 1204x1204 pixels.   
All higher resolutions are down-sampled.    Is there a way to keep 
higher resolutions rendered in VTK in the ITK image?  The resolution I 
need is 1850x2450 pixels.
