[vtkusers] SetCutPlane not working in vtkImageResliceMapper

Hi David,

By using the camera to control the slicing, there is no motion of the slice
plane in one out of the three axes (yaw). Roll, pitch works well but yaw
creates no movement in the cut plane because of which if the user of the
application was to slice in the direction of yaw, there is a confusion which
arises.

Is there a solution to this that can be implemented where the cut plane
moves out of the bounding box in order to achieve slicing in axis of yaw/any
arbitrary direction and not just roll and pitch?
