[vtkusers] Problem using vtkDelaunay2D

Hi,

I am trying to use vtkDelaunay2D for triangulating sets of points. For some
point sets, vtkDelaunay2D produces no triangulations, i.e. zero number of
cells in its output polydata. The parameters that I am using for
vtkDelaunay2D are as follows:
Projection Plane Mode: Best-fitting Plane
Alpha: default value
Tolerance: default value
Offset: default value
Bounding Triangulation: false

An example of a problematic set of points is as follows:
8.53125, 7.53125, 1.53125
8.53125, 7.53125, 2.53125
8.26562, 8.26562, 2.53125
8.26562, 8.26562, 1.53125
