[vtkusers] Filter to identify boundary regions

Hi, I realize this post was from quite a while ago. This filter is very
similar to something I would like to do. I would like to do exactly this,
except for an irregular model instead of a regular cubic domain. I was
wondering if you know of a filter that has been developed to do this in the
past five years. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
