[vtkusers] unable to build /Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/Interaction/Picking

I was unable to build the CXX examples at
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/Interaction/Picking

The instructions are clear. But my VTK was built for Windows x64 and Qt
LGPL (dynamic linking). When I ran cmake, it produced an SLN file for
Win32. I replaced all Win32 with x64 in SLN file but it did not work. How
do I fix it? Thank you.
