[vtkusers] ITK-VTK Dicom series display

Hello guys,

I am a new to ITK-VTK and I want to read dicom series with ITK and display
them with VTK. There are examples to read and visualize using only VTK but I
could't get a sample program to read with ITK and display the series with
VTK.

could and one share a sample program.
