[vtkusers] ActiViz | Vhost.exe error

Hi,

I'm getting an error while loading images in multiple renderwindowcontrols,
I can't see what's causing this, it just says Vhost.exe stopped working and
forces my app to stop..

any thoughts what may be causing this?
