[vtkusers] VTK Compilation using VS-2013?

Hello Users,

Has anybody tried compiling VTK - 5.10 or 6.1 using visual studio 2013 with
Platfrom toolset targeting Win-XP?

I am getting this error 
..\..\..\Common\Core\SMP\Sequential\vtkAtomicInt.cxx(121): error C3861:
'InterlockedAdd': identifier not found

Compilation machine environment: Windows 8.1, Visual studio 2013.
