[vtkusers] closing the clipped polydata aftr using vtkClipPolyData

David,
I think what reks means is that their code needs
vtkClipPolyData::SetInsideOut(true), which flips which side of the clipping
surface that is clipped. vtkClipClosedSurface doesn't support this option.
