[vtkusers] Fixing vtkPolyDataToImageStencil

Well, actually it seems that it doesn't happen with every polydata or
polyline. I have some similar polylines and it works as it should; others
that has not the same result. Let me verify and I will share with you the
cases where it has this behavior.
