[vtkusers] How to rotate the scene?

1. Whenever I render the scene the Y axis is pointing up. How to make the Z
axis to point up?

2. What is the difference between QVTKWidget and QVTKWidget2?

3. What is the advantage of using QVTKApplication over QApplication?
