[vtkusers] vtkDistanceWidget behaviour

Here is the sample picture:

after I zoomed the image, the vtkDistanceWidget object has kept his
position:

Now, I had changed the position of a vtkDistanceWidget, and after I zoomed
again, the vtkDistanceWidget object don't keep his position, like in image:
