[vtkusers] Proposal: Bug tracker hack-a-ton

Hi folks,

I propose a hack-a-ton to reduce the number of open issues in the bug
tracker. It is like a yard that hasn't been mowed and weeded the whole
summer. I propose a full day hack-a-ton. We can host some folks here at
Kitware and others can join through a Google Hangout. I propose one in
September. What do you think? Interested parties please send me an e-mail
off the list with your preferred dates.

This will have to be the first in a series. There are a lot of issues to go
over.
